Brett has more than 25 years of experience in plumbing and drainage here in Victoria BC. He also holds a BCWWA backflow ticket. Brett enjoys solving plumbing problems and helping out all customers with his vast knowledge and experience. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, good food and drinks, dirt biking, sport fishing and boating around the gulf islands.

Blair has been an integral part of Callaway for the past five years. You have likely connected with Blair over the phone or via email these past years helping you navigate through your plumbing endeavors. Simply put- plumbing can be stressful, but Blair will take the time to answer all your questions with sensitivity and professionalism. If you miss her on the phone you can be assured she is busy working on the back end business keeping Callaway running smoothly and efficiently. While not at the office, Blair and her small family are out and about exploring the good food and drink this beautiful city has to offer.

Bob: Red Seal Plumber/Gasfitter
Bob has been with Callaway Plumbing for over 5 years, and brings more than 18 years of experience to the team. Our most requested technician, Bob, approaches every job with a high level of expertise and skill. He works with efficiency and brings a light hearted and positive attitude with him.The busier the better! Bob is an exceptional service plumber and thrives facing new challenges everyday. When he’s not plumbing Bob loves going to the gym, cars and spending time with his 2 daughters.
Jarret: Red Seal Plumber
Jarret is both a critical thinker and excellent problem solver. His love for renovations, both residential and commercial allows him to be on one project for a longer period, creating a meaningful ethic to every job he attends and relationships with our contractors. Jarret is honest and thorough in his assessments and note taking. Outside of plumbing Jarret loves camping and the outdoors, or working on mechanical projects.
Jordan: Plumbing Technician
Born and raised in Alberta, we are so happy he has relocated to the West Coast. Jordan works both swiftly and effectively and is an asset to our company. He brings his good-nature and strong work ethic to every job site. Outside of working hours you can find Jordan fishing, camping or out on the back 9.
Pavel: Plumbing Technician
Pavel joins the Callaway Team with him a wealth of experience. He approaches plumbing with thoughtfulness, consideration and humour. New to Vancouver Island- Pavel and his family have been enjoying the local scenery and exploring new areas.
Chad: Plumbing Technician
Chad approaches plumbing with both experience and enthusiasm. He loves residential plumbing and larger renovations- anythng to keep the plumbing game fresh and exciting. When not working, Chad is a dog Dad of five and can be seen cruising up and down the Peninsula on his motorcycle.
Connor: Plumbing Apprentice
Connor has joined the Callaway Team with a background in construction and carpentry work. He has an amazing sense of humour, and an eye for detail. When he is not working he can be found hiking throughout Vancouver Island’s many trails, hopping into a boxing ring, or watching horror films.
