Installation of a grease interceptor (trap)

CALLAWAY Plumbing and Drains Ltd. was contracted to size and install a new grease interceptor (trap) for this commercial kitchen.
The only space the installation could be was in the crawl space an outside contractor supplied the axcess.  Upon approval from the CRD of the size CALLAWAY Plumbing and Drains Ltd. then applied for a plumbing permit, after the installation was complete the job was inspected by the municipality and the CRD was notified that the job was complete.
